The theory behind this
circuit is quite simple and amazingly effective. When female
mosquitoes (the ones that bite you) are pregnant they prefer to stay
away from male mosquitoes and search for food (your blood). The
circuit reproduces the ultrasonic noise that a male produces, this in
turn repels the female mosquitoes.
