ER-6 Educational Modular Programmable Robot
Kit
The
ER-6 Educational Modular Robot is an easy to assemble programmable robotic kit
that comes complete with sensors, motors, controller board, remote control,
software and a variety of interchangeable modular units, including programmable
electronic chips. This product is geared towards classroom and group instruction
of fundamentals of robotics. Bulk discounts and classroom multi-packs are
available.
The ER-6 robot kit connects to the PC via USB cable (included) and is
programmable through an easy-to-use IZILab™ drag and drop modular based software
program. After the program sequences have been uploaded into the robot, it can
be controlled by remote control or can behave according to the user defined
parameters. Uses standard I2C Bus for sensor ports.
The ER-6 runs on 4 standard AAA batteries and offers hours of endless
educational entertainment. This is an entry level product that requires no
previous programming or robotics experience. A great practicle tool for
hands-on assembly.

IZI
Lab Software:
The
IZILab software offers a unique method of compiling various routines and
uploading them into the robot. The software uses drag and drop modules with
graphical depictions of each routine, which gives the user a clear understanding
of the terms and associations for each function. Once the user selects a block
to the left, they simply drag it over to the staging area to the right, then
configure the values for each block in the control panel below:
